Remodeling Dresser

A collaboration between MAGLIFE and Mizokawa, a Kyoto-based company that specializes in box furniture.
Based on the concept of "Reform", the design follows a traditional dressing table but reconstructs its elements to update it into a float.
By using cypress from reforested coniferous forests in Kyoto and manufacturing the products in Kyoto, we are taking wood mileage into consideration and attempting sustainable manufacturing that is rooted in the local area in order to move on to the next reforestation cycle.
